The problem we're solving

From field to record: barriers at every step.

01

Citations follow the paperwork, not the practice.

The citations that follow contractors and small mine operators aren't for being unsafe. They're for not having the paperwork to prove they were. MSHA requires every working place examined before each shift, adverse conditions corrected promptly, records signed, dated, and available for inspection at any time. Generic safety apps weren't built for that standard — and the gap follows you onto every job site.

02

A missed workplace exam isn't just a fine. It's a fatality risk on paper.

MSHA has identified inadequate workplace examinations as a contributing factor in fatal mine accidents — and the agency enforces against missing documentation the same way it enforces against missing practice. When the record doesn't exist, an inspector can't tell the difference between an exam that wasn't done and one that was never documented. Either way, you're cited — and the record stays with the customer and follows you onto the next job.

03

There's no safety department. There's you.

There are only so many hours in a shift. You're the safety manager, the foreman, and the one chasing down records at the end of a ten-hour day. Building the JSAs, FLRAs, training logs, and pre-ops that keep the operation legal — for every customer, every site, every crew — eats hours that should be in the field, where the real risk lives. The paperwork doesn't go away because you're busy. It just becomes a liability you carry into every job.

How MineForms fixes this

Built for the shift. Always fit for duty.

Fit for duty from the start of the shift — and well after.

JSAs, FLRAs, workplace exams, pre-ops, training records, magazine inspections, blasting logs — all pre-built for Part 46 and 48B. MSHA references baked into every field. Ready before the shift. Holds up long after.

Works where the job is — not where the wifi is.

Remote sites, underground, deep in the pit — MineForms runs completely offline. Fill, save, and queue forms locally. Everything auto-syncs the moment you're back in range. No data lost. Nothing to re-enter. No shift lost to connectivity.

Sign and send before you leave the site.

Sign on the device. One tap to PDF. Send it to your customer before you walk back to the truck. Your customer gets proof. You get protection. No printer. No scanner. No chasing paperwork.

Built for the inspection.

Pre-filled regulatory references. Automatic timestamps. Signature capture on every form. MineForms structures every record the way an MSHA inspector expects to see it — and twelve months of records pull up in seconds. Not a filing cabinet. Not a truck.

Designed in the field. By an independent contractor.

Not designed by a safety committee. Not templated from a construction app. Every workflow reflects how a real operation runs — not how a software team imagined it might.

Solo to sixty. Same toolkit.

Every crew member works from the same forms, the same references, the same record structure. Your customer sees consistency. MSHA sees consistency. That's not just convenience — that's credibility.

MineForms was built to take that liability off the table — before the shift starts.

More on the way

MineForms Pro

Expanding the form set — underground, QC, material handling, and more. Plus admin tools: dashboard, aggregated training tracking, contractor management, and multi-site rollup. Built for safety managers running multiple crews. Launching late 2026. Founding Members get first access and locked-in upgrade pricing.

Common questions

Before you claim your spot.

What does "lifetime price lock" actually mean?

Founding Member pricing is locked at your sign-up rate for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. Upgrade to a larger crew tier and the Founding Member discount carries with you. Cancel, and you lose Founding Member status — re-subscribing later means standard sticker pricing. The first 100 customers across all tiers qualify.

What counts as a "user"?

Every miner or contractor with their own login counts as one user. If your crew rotates, count active users — not historical headcount. Pick the tier that matches the number of people who'll actually use MineForms at the same time.

What if my crew grows past my tier?

Upgrade anytime from your account settings. If you're a Founding Member, your discount carries to the new tier at the same percentage off sticker. No reset, no penalty, no negotiation.

Is MineForms Android-only?

Yes at launch — MineForms ships on Android (Google Play) in June 2026. An iOS version is in development for a later release. Founding Member pricing applies regardless of which platform you start on.

When does MineForms launch?

MineForms launches on Google Play in June 2026. Waitlist signups get the launch email the day it goes live. The first 100 customers to subscribe at any tier lock in Founding Member pricing for the lifetime of their subscription.

Is MineForms MSHA-approved?

MSHA doesn't "approve" software products — no compliance app does, despite some marketing claims you'll see elsewhere. MineForms is built to the Part 46 and Part 48B regulatory structure, with every form structured the way an MSHA inspector expects to see it. The records it generates hold up under inspection.

What if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Records you've generated stay on your device and remain exportable as PDFs even after cancellation. If you cancel as a Founding Member and later re-subscribe, you'll re-subscribe at standard sticker pricing — Founding Member status doesn't carry across cancellations.

How do offline forms work?

Fill forms with no signal. Save and sign on the device. The moment you're back in range — wifi or cellular — everything auto-syncs and your PDFs are ready to send. No data lost. Nothing to re-enter. No shift lost to bad reception.
