Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are being finalized ahead of MineForms’ launch in June 2026. We’re working with counsel to draft a fair, clearly-worded agreement that covers your subscription, your data rights, and our responsibilities.

What we can tell you today

The MineForms service will operate under these principles:

  • Subscription-based access. MineForms is a paid software service. Pricing tiers and terms are documented on the home page.
  • Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings.
  • Founding Member commitment. The first 100 customers to subscribe lock in Founding Member pricing for the lifetime of their continuously-active subscription. Cancellation forfeits Founding Member status.
  • Your records belong to you. Forms and records you generate remain accessible and exportable as PDFs, including after cancellation.
  • No warranties beyond what’s legally required. MineForms is provided as a tool to help with MSHA Part 46 and 48B compliance — it is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance outcomes.
