Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is being finalized ahead of MineForms’ launch in June 2026. We’re working with counsel to draft a clear, plain-language policy that explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we can tell you today

MineForms is built on these data principles:

  • Offline-first. Your forms and records live on your device. Cloud sync is opt-in and used only to back up your own data.
  • Account data is used only to provide the service. Name, email, and billing details are processed to give you access to MineForms — nothing else.
  • No selling. No sharing. No advertising. We don’t sell your data to anyone, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to serve ads.
  • Deletion on request. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
